Morel introduces its new partnership with (RED) for an exclusive eyewear collection. (RED) was founded in 2006 and partners with brands and people to create products and experiences that raise money for the Global Fund, specifically the AIDS pandemic and now the urgent threat of COVID. The (MOREL)RED collection will fund life-saving programs and strengthen health systems in communities most in need. The collection will debut at Vision Expo East, with 24 frames including 15 optical styles and nine sunglass styles. For every frame purchased, Morel will donate $5 to the Global Fund with a minimum guaranteed donation of $100,000. Every optical and sunwear style will offer a full red design, with additional options in black, tortoise, gold, gray or crystal. Morel’s cat symbol has been integrated into (RED)’s signature parentheses, visible on each end tip.
