REVOLUTION SIGNS WITH ROBERT GRAHAM
Robert Graham has signed a multiyear license with Revolution Eyewear to create ophthalmic frames and sunglasses. Robert Graham designs include sportswear, premium denim, outerwear and accessories for men as well as a women’s collection. The eyewear, which will launch in May, offers sophisticated silhouettes that integrate iconic fabric and trim designs to reflect the brand’s eclectic American spirit.

SÀFILO AND LIZ CLAIBORNE RENEW LICENSE
Sàfilo Group and J.C. Penney Purchasing Corporation have renewed their licensing agreement for the design, manufacture and distribution of the Liz Claiborne and Claiborne optical frames and sunglass collections in the American market through Dec. 31, 2017. The agreement, which includes an additional five-year renewal option, was originally forged in 2003.

NOUVEAU TAKES ON NINJA TURTLES

Nouveau Eyewear adds Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles to its Nickelodeon children’s eyewear line. Debuting in May with nine ophthalmic styles and inspired by the four fun-loving, hard-fighting brothers, the collection features unique character artwork inside each temple and ninja-like details on the exterior.

REM EXTENDS LICENSE WITH VARVATOS
Rem Eyewear has extended its licensing agreement with American designer John Varvatos through 2018. Under the agreement, Rem will continue to collaborate with the three-time CFDA Designer of the Year to design, manufacture and distribute a collection of eyewear and sunglasses.

Alexandra Peng Charton, the designer of TC Charton Asian Fit Eyewear, unveils her namesake collection, Alexandra Peng, a luxury line of women’s ophthalmic and sunglass styles designed specifically for consumers with Asian features.

BULOVA RENEWS WITH EYEWEAR BY ROI
Bulova Corporation has renewed its eyewear licensing contract with Eyewear by ROI through 2016, extending an agreement signed in 1995. Under the renewed agreement, Eyewear by ROI will continue designing, manufacturing and distributing eyewear and sunwear collections marketed under the Bulova, Bulova Twist Titanium, Caravaelle by Bulova, Bulova Interchangeables and Wittnauer brands.

OPTICAL EXCHANGE TO DISTRIBUTE FROST
Los Angeles-based Optical Exchange announces that it has the exclusive U.S. rights for distribution of Frost, a series of critically acclaimed collections from Marion and Paris Frost. Under the terms of the agreement, Optical Exchange will offer retailers such Frost collections as F-type and Hot Glasses, designed and manufactured in the Black Forest region of Germany. The collections feature a mixture of original designs, technical innovation and bright colors with a modern look.
