1  MARCHON EYEWEAR and Lanvin S.A. have entered into an exclusive long-term global licensing agreement for sunwear and optical eyewear under the Lanvin brand name.

2  THELIOS has partnered with Dior to create, manufacture and distribute Dior eyewear globally. The first collection of Dior glasses designed with Thelios will be unveiled in January 2021.

3  L’AMY AMERICA has entered into a multi-year license agreement with Marquee Brands to design, market and distribute a collection of eco-green sunglasses and ophthalmic frames for the Ben Sherman brand.

4  MARCOLIN GROUP and Emilio Pucci have renewed their worldwide exclusive licensing agreement for the design, production and distribution of Emilio Pucci branded sunglasses and eyeglasses through Dec. 31, 2024.

5  KERING EYEWEAR and SAFILO have renewed their agreement for the manufacturing and supply of Gucci branded products. The three-year partnership will go into effect starting January 2021, providing complete continuity through the previous contract expiring December 2020.

6  EYECARE PARTNERS LLC has completed the acquisition of Nationwide Vision, a full-service vision care provider that operates 89 optometry offices throughout Arizona and Florida.

7  BOLLE BRANDS has acquired the Spy Optic brand, joining its existing brand portfolio of Bolle, Bolle Safety, Serengeti, Cebe and H2Optix.

8  CHARMANT unveils its flagship store in Tokyo, Japan, inviting customers to shop for eyewear that tailors to their style and individual personality. The store is located in the long-established Ginza Carioca Building on Namiki St. Ginza.

9  THELIOS, the LVMH group’s eyewear specialist, has opened its U.S. subsidiary to secure growth and consolidate its presence on American soil. Its New York showroom will showcase eyewear from the LVMH Maisons that have joined its portfolio.

10  SPY OPTIC’s Dirty Mo 2 sunglass has been named winner of Outside Magazine’s prestigious 2020 Gear of the Year Award.
