1  MARCOLIN GROUP and BMW Group have signed an exclusive worldwide licensing agreement for the design, production and distribution of sunglasses and eyeglasses for BMW, BMW M and BMW M Motorsport labels, effective from Jan. 1, 2020 until December 2024.

2  CAZAL has announced that beginning this month, designer Katharina Schlager will be taking over the management of Cazal Eyewear as its CEO and creative director.

3  KERING EYEWEAR has opened its new subsidiary in Dubai with offices located in the heart of the city, the exclusive Design District. The facility includes a newly designed showroom exhibiting all of Kering Eyewear’s collections and is open for client appointments.

4  THEMA OPTICAL has donated adult reading glasses to the Broward Partnership, a nonprofit organization committed to reducing homelessness by promoting independence and self-worth through advocacy, housing and comprehensive services.

5  ESSILOR has been recognized as a “Diversity Leader 2020” by the Financial Times, being ranked 62nd out of 700 companies in the new annual listing of diversity and inclusion.

6  REVO has successfully auctioned off serial number 001 of the sold-out Moonwalker Zero G limited edition sunglass, with all auction proceeds benefitting the Conrad Foundation.

7  ACUITY EYECARE GROUP, an owner and operator of North American eyecare groups and optometry practices, has acquired Advanced Vision in Columbia, Mo.
