INSIGHT
The Hershey Company began in 1894, when Milton Hershey decided to produce sweet, milk chocolate. In 1900, his company was able to use mass-production to make Hershey chocolate affordable and available to everyone. The famous Hershey kiss was developed in 1907. Today, the company exports chocolate to over 90 countries and boasts net sales in excess of $4 billion.
